Where God leads, the horses follow.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." (Proverbs 3:5)
We don't just train horses. We build lasting relationships between horse, human, and something greater than both. The Trainer comes to you. Every session at your facility, on your timeline.
Pillar One
Every real relationship starts here. We earn it, from the horse and from you. Never assumed, always built.
Pillar Two
There are no shortcuts in true horsemanship. We let each horse tell us what they need and when they're ready.
Pillar Three
No horse is too far gone. No rider too discouraged. Hope is what keeps us in the arena when it's hard.
Our Mission
Three Pillars Horsemanship was born from God-given visions and a deep love for horses and the people who care for them. We believe the wisdom God places in us can be shared with horses in a way that transforms both the animal and the person on the other end of the lead rope.
We are a mobile training service. We come to your horse, at your facility. No hauling, no stress, no strangers. Just consistent, faith-led work in an environment the horse already knows.
"The goal isn't a broke horse. It's a horse that chooses you."
Pillar One
Built through consistency, gentleness, and showing up the same way every single day. Horses know the difference.
Pillar Two
Rushing a horse is the fastest way to lose them. We take the time it takes, and we never apologize for that.
Pillar Three
The horse that's been given up on. The rider who's lost their confidence. Hope is the reason we keep going.

This program is two things at once. Trinity works directly with your horse, building the foundation, the manners, the trust. And at the same time, you are right there learning how to keep that relationship going long after the program ends. Your horse gets trained. You get trained too.
You don't need a round pen. You need a relationship, and the know-how to build it yourself.
Our Approach
After approximately every 4–6 weeks of active training, every horse at Three Pillars gets a 2-week rest period — built right into the program, not an afterthought.
At first it might seem slow. Then a couple hours later you try again, and you realize you know more than you thought you did. Horses process the same way.
Horses in constant, uninterrupted work often plateau or develop resistance. Rest isn't a delay in training — it's part of it.
Horses given time to rest and process consistently come back further along than horses pushed straight through, session after session.

Our Promise
When a Three Pillars horse moves on, our relationship with them doesn't end. At 90 days we check in, see how the partnership is growing, and provide any tune-ups needed.
This is our gift to the horse. Because we put our name on every one of them.
First 90-day visit: Complimentary, no matter the distance. Covered entirely by Three Pillars.
After 90 days (within 2 hours): Still free. Tune-up visits within a 2-hour radius remain complimentary.
After 90 days (2+ hours away): Travel costs are the owner's responsibility. Our time and expertise remain included.
Most trainers say goodbye at the gate. We believe that's when the real work begins, helping horse and human find their rhythm together.
The 90-day visit is accountability. It's love for the animal. It's how we sleep at night knowing every horse we touched is thriving.
"We put our heart into every horse. The 90 days is just us making sure it took."
Horses for Sale
"The horse you choose will continue to choose you for the rest of their life."
Every horse sold through Three Pillars Horsemanship has been bought, loved, and trained with purpose. They are not just broke horses. They are companions. They will carry you through the nerves of your first show, gallop with you through an open field, and stand quietly beside you when you just need something steady.
We train each horse in at least two disciplines, not to make them perform, but to help them become the most well-rounded, confident version of themselves. We listen to what they're telling us, and we let that guide where they go.
We have to remember that both humans and horses belong to God first. As long as we die to ourselves and give our horses the voice they don't necessarily have, the bond that forms is unbreakable. That is the horse we sell you, one that has already learned to trust, and is ready to trust you too.

"A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal."
Proverbs 12:10
Before any horse leaves Three Pillars, we make sure the match is right. If you're within 4 hours, we'll bring the horse to you so you can meet on familiar ground. If you're further than 4 hours away, we invite you to come to us. Either way, we watch, we listen, and we let the horse tell us too.
At 90 days, we check in. These horses came from us. We want to see how they're settling into their new home and new person. Within 4 hours, we come to you at no charge. Beyond 4 hours, we ask that you cover travel costs. Either way, we show up, because we don't stop caring when the sale is done.
Full training history, discipline background, known quirks and strengths, and our complete placement promise. You won't just be buying a horse. You'll be joining the Three Pillars family.

Beyond the Reins
Horse training is what brought us here. This is what God had in mind all along. Beyond the Reins is where horses become healers, teachers, and bridges between people and something greater than themselves. Whether you're 6 years old or 60, whether you've never touched a horse or you've ridden your whole life, there is something here for you.
Available on a case by case basis for riders of all ages and experience levels, including our youngest future equestrians. Every lesson starts from the ground up, teaching real horsemanship skills, grooming, groundwork, and riding, at a pace that builds confidence rather than rushing it. Because the best riders start with a relationship, not just a saddle.
$50 per lesson. Formal lesson agreement provided for every rider. Inquire about current availability.

Meet the Trainer
This vision didn't start as a business plan. It started as a little girl who loved horses more than anything else in the world. That love never left. It just grew up, got tested, and turned into something God has been preparing her for all along.
That preparation has taken her across the country and through nearly every corner of the horse world. She completed a nearly year-long internship at the legendary Lazy E Ranch in Guthrie, Oklahoma, one of the most respected performance horse facilities in the country. She competed in Western Pleasure at Clemson University, placing and winning in her very first shows. She's worked as a riding instructor for local businesses right here in Las Vegas, and has worked at multiple well-known ranches, riding both Western and English disciplines at a few of them along the way.
She continues learning in every discipline, in the saddle and on the ground, because the more she understands, the better she can serve each horse and each client who walks through Three Pillars' doors. This isn't a trainer who learned one method and stopped. It's a lifetime student of horsemanship who happens to also be a teacher.
Every horse that comes through Three Pillars is handled with the same three things: Trust, Patience, and Hope. Not because it's a slogan, it's because that's genuinely how horses are built up, and how people are too.
She believes both horses and humans belong to God first. That conviction shapes every session. The goal was never to force a horse into submission, but to listen long enough that the horse chooses to follow. Meet the girl behind the reins, a Southern girl at heart, Trinity.
